Amy Welborn, Managing Partner


Bringing 25 years experience to her clients,  Ms. Welborn is known for her strategic brilliance, confidence, and charisma in courtrooms, administrative hearings, and the board rooms. She has a reputation for passionately advocating for her clients, ensuring their voices are heard and rights are protected. She understands business and the needs of entrepreneurs; she and her husband have successfully built multiple companies.  Further, Ms. Welborn brings her unique experiences to advocate for women who face discrimination and abuse.

Ms. Welborn is well respected and active in the legal community. She has served as a State Bar Director, President of the Austin Bar, President of Austin Young Lawyers, and Chairman of the Lawyer Referral Service.  She has won numerous awards, including Austin Under 40 Lawyer of the Year, Texas Monthly Rising Star, and was named a Top Lawyer by Austin Monthly. She is a member of American Board of Trial Ad and is Peer Reviewed Preeminent.
