She understands business and the needs of entrepreneurs, as she and her husband have successfully built multiple companies. Further, Ms. Welborn brings her unique experiences to advocate for women who face discrimination and abuse.
Ms. Welborn is well respected and active in the legal community. She served as a State Bar Director, the President of the Austin Bar, President of the Austin Young, and Chairman of the Lawyer Referral Service. She has won numerous awards, including Austin Under 40 Lawyer of the Year, Texas Monthly Rising Star, and was named a Top Lawyer by Austin Monthly. She is a member of ABOTA and is Peer Reviewed Preeminent.
